Prathyusha Matam Awarded LUC School of Law's Moot Court Coach of the Year

Aronberg Goldgehn associate Prathyusha Matam was recently honored as a Moot Court Coach of the Year for her work during her first year as a coach for Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s National Health Law Moot Court Team.

The award, voted on by students, was presented to both Prathyusha and her co-coach Abby Elmer during Loyola University Chicago’s Advocacy Banquet. The event celebrated the students, coaches and faculty who contribute to the schools Advocacy Program.

Prathyusha’s team was successful at the Moot Court competition in November 2022:

• One student won the award for best oralist
• Two students were semifinalists
• Two students were octofinalist

Prathyusha counsels insurance clients regarding potential liability and focuses her practice on complex coverage issues related to environmental, asbestos and other long tail exposures.
