Litigator R. Timothy Novel Joins Aronberg Goldgehn

R. Timothy Novel has joined Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa as a Member, adding depth and experience to the firm’s commercial litigation practice, primarily in the areas of complex business and commercial matters, fraudulent transfer litigation and judgment enforcement.

He represents a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, municipalities, large and small businesses, and individuals in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, where he has enjoyed numerous civil trial victories.

Tim routinely represents clients in actions to avoid fraudulent transfers and other post judgment enforcement proceedings. He has obtained positive results for clients in matters involving injunctive relief, including temporary restraining orders and pre-judgment attachments.

Tim was previously a partner with Markoff Law LLC, Chicago.

Tim is frequently invited to speak and lecture on the topics of citation proceedings and asset recovery at seminars presented by the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

He earned his B.S. in Economics and International Business from Marquette University in 2005 and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
