Alexandra is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. She currently has an emphasis on regulatory compliance and private equity deals, all within the legal healthcare sphere. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, legal writing, client focused work, legal and healthcare compliance, client counseling, private equity and general transactions, corporate law, and complex project management.

Following her graduation from Loyola University Chicago in 2010, Alexandra joined Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC as a Client Services Liaison, remaining employed while she went on to earn her M.A. in political science and her M.S. in public policy from DePaul University. While earning her law degree from the DePaul University College of Law, Alexandra was the recipient of the Advocates Society Scholarship, as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Health Care Delivery Systems.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Before linking with Aronberg Goldgehn’ s team in 2024, Alexandra hosted prior experience as a Client Services Liaison, a Legislative Consultant, a Mergers and Acquisitions Contract Analyst, and an Associate Attorney at the firms Jackson LLP, Polsinelli PC, and ArentFox Schiff LLP.

Alexandra presented at the Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property on Examining the Seventh Circuit’s Repudiation of the Transformative Fair Use Analysis: Keinitz V. Sconnie Nation, LLC.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Alexandra was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society in 2009 during her senior year of college. In 2017, Alexandra not only received the Advocates Society Scholarship from the Advocates Society but was also the award winner of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Health Care Delivery Systems.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

For two years, Alexandra was a Junior Board Member at the Southside Center of Hope, an organization that assists women in recovery.

In her free time, Alex enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, swimming, and spending time with her family and her 38-year-old pet turtle.

What is your favorite thing about working at Aronberg Goldgehn? My favorite things about Aronberg Goldgehn are that everyone is kind, helpful, and down to earth!

What is the best vacation you’ve ever been on? While not a vacation per se, I went on a study abroad program to Cuba during my 3L year of law school. It was an amazing experience and the country is beautiful!

What is something most people don’t know about you? Most people don’t know that I am conversant in Polish and am trying to learn enough Czech to be conversant in that language as well.
