Aronberg Goldgehn Volunteers with Box of Balloons to Assist Local Family

In an effort to aid families in need, attorneys and staff in Aronberg Goldeghn’s Wheaton office recently volunteered with the Aurora, Illinois branch of Box of Balloons to help a mother living in a local shelter celebrate her daughter’s first birthday.

As volunteers for Box of Balloons, they collected and packaged items to be delivered for the family’s birthday celebration, including party supplies, gifts and hand-made birthday banners.

Box of Balloons aims to ensure that children across the country feel special and celebrated on their birthday despite their family’s current situation, living conditions or financial status. The organization works with community social workers and advocates to identify children in need who otherwise would not experience a birthday celebration.
