Aronberg Goldgehn Welcomes Paul Fisher and David Feldman

Premier business law and litigation firm, Aronberg Goldgehn, announces the additions of Paul Fisher and David Feldman to the firm.

Paul joins the firm as of counsel, concentrating his practice in hospitality law, health care law and commercial real estate. He represents clients nationwide in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of hotels, medical facilities, office buildings and retail properties with extensive experience in restructuring commercial debt and ventures, purchasing commercial debt, private equity transactions, bank regulatory matters and multiemployer pension fund liability.

Earlier in his career, Paul served as head of the commercial real estate department at a prominent full-service national law firm. He further contributed to the development of future attorneys through teaching hospitality law at Kendall College in Chicago.

After earning his B.A. from Rockford College in 1969, Paul received his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School in 1973.

David joins the firm as a member, representing clients in the areas of business litigation, probate administration, trust litigation as well as guardianship and family law. His practice also involves commercial and real estate litigation including aiding clients in drafting and negotiating commercial vendor contracts, real estate sale and leasing agreements and employment agreements. David will practice from the firm’s Wheaton office.

Prior to joining Aronberg Goldgehn, David served as CEO and General Counsel of Glassworks, Inc., a leading glass company in Chicago. In this position, he carried out day-to-day business operations, product development and management. This unique experience provided David with an understanding of the innovative solutions clients need when undergoing business, estate, trust and probate disputes.

David earned his J.D. from University of Illinois College of Law following completion of his B.S. at University of Illinois.
