John highlighted the Breach of Fiduciary Duty Illinois case Flynn v. Maschmeyer, 2020 IL App (1st) 190784 in which a member of an Illinois limited liability company was awarded a judgement on his counterclaim for the fair value of his interest in the LLC after failing to respond to a to a purported capital call.
