Aronberg Goldgehn Bolsters Business Litigation Practice with Addition of Thomas J. Hayes

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce the arrival of Thomas J. Hayes to the firm’s Business Litigation practice.

As a member in the firm, Tom devotes his practice to complex civil litigation matters for both individuals and business entities of all sizes ranging from family-owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies. In jurisdictions nationwide, he has served as lead trial counsel on numerous cases involving shareholder disputes, business torts, employment and breach of contract disputes, product liability, premises liability, probate and estate litigation, construction disputes, medical malpractice and class action disputes.

Early in his career, Tom served as Assistant Attorney General in the Illinois Attorney General’s Office. In the community, he volunteers as a youth basketball coach. Tom has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Illinois Super Lawyers, a peer-assessed distinction awarded to attorneys who have been in practice for 10 years or less or who are under the age of 40.
