Cybersecurity risks are a part of doing business. Selling and buying businesses are part of the competitive marketplace and can expose the parties to increased cybersecurity risks during the period leading up to and shortly after closing. Having a cybersecurity event in this period may lead to changes in business valuations, among other adverse consequences.
This live webinar will cover cybersecurity risks facing business, some considerations to avoid having your client’s business become a victim of a cybersecurity event, and some remedial considerations for when you discover your client’s business has been a victim of a cybersecurity event.
