John Sciaccotta is Co-Chairing and presenting a CLE program at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section’s Spring Meeting in Boston. The program, “Choosing Litigation, Arbitration or a Combination for Resolving Corporate M&A Transaction and Business Divorce/ Shareholder Disputes,” will be presented at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2020.
John’s Co-Chair is Ingeuneal Gray, Vice President at the American Arbitration Association.
The ABA’s Business Law Section’s Spring meeting will take place from March 26-28, 2020, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. It will include more than 80 CLE programs in all areas of business law prepared and presented by thought leaders. More than 1,500 business law professionals from 20-plus countries will attend.
