Our Insurance Coverage Group has successfully litigated and resolved numerous cases involving high exposure claims and novel legal theories. We have expertise in all aspects of insurance coverage, including negotiating sophisticated settlements, drafting settlement agreements, serving as monitoring counsel, providing claims litigation supervision, auditing of claim files, drafting coverage position letters, drafting policy language, reinsurance advisement, preparing cost-sharing agreements, and acting as counsel in bad faith litigation.

Our Insurance Coverage Group has extensive experience in professional liability, directors and officers, and errors and omissions coverage, involving lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals, design professionals, condominium associations, directors and officers, financial institutions, mutual funds, investment advisors, and other professionals. Our lawyers represent some of the country’s largest professional liability and D&O insurers in litigation, including as trial counsel, in state and federal courts throughout the nation.
