Danielle L. Rosenberg Has Joined Aronberg Goldgehn’s Insurance Coverage Practice
Danielle L. Rosenberg has joined Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa as an associate in the firm’s insurance coverage practice group. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage as well as commercial litigation.
In her insurance coverage practice, she handles matters arising out of directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, commercial general liability and environmental claims. Her experience in commercial litigation has included work on cases arising out of breach of contract, mortgage foreclosures and employment disputes.
Danielle represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit, pleadings, motion practice, discovery and settlement negotiations. She is experienced in drafting pleadings, written discovery, answers to written discovery, insurance coverage opinions and motions.
Prior to joining Aronberg Goldgehn, she was an associate at a law firm where she represented clients in commercial litigation, employment law, insurance litigation and plaintiff’s subrogation matters.
Throughout her time in law school at Northwestern University School of Law, Danielle served as a Judicial Extern to Judge Marvin Aspen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois from Jan. 2016 to May 2016, was the Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Policy, and served as a student attorney for the MacArthur Justice Center, Bluhm Legal Clinic.
While earning her undergraduate degree, Danielle was a communications intern in the Office of Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen and a legal intern with the Cook County Office of the Public Defender, Juvenile Justice Division. In addition, she worked for the Chicago Lawyer magazine as a freelance writer and editorial intern.
Danielle earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2016 and a B.A. in English Literature, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 2011.
