Thomas K. Hanekamp and Catherine Connelly Warren Join Aronberg Goldgehn’s Insurance Coverage Practice
Insurance coverage lawyers Thomas K. Hanekamp and Catherine Connelly Warren have joined Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa as members. Both were previously partners at Tressler LLP.
Tom Hanekamp is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer who focuses his practice on major commercial litigation on a nationwide basis, primarily on behalf of insurers in coverage matters involving management and professional liability. In addition, Tom regularly counsels clients with respect to insurance coverage issues associated with D&O, E&O, EPL and professional liability claims. For more than 20 years, he has also handled coverage matters involving environmental, asbestos and other long tail exposures. Tom holds an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected for inclusion in Illinois Leading Lawyers and named a Super Lawyer by Illinois Super Lawyers. He earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1986.
Catherine Connelly Warren has substantial experience litigating complex insurance coverage issues with a focus in the areas of public entity liability coverage, environmental coverage, CGL coverage and bad faith. In addition, she represents corporate clients at the trial and appellate level in various areas of complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, business torts and debtor/creditor disputes throughout the United States. Cathy has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is a testament to the fact that her peers rank her at the highest level of excellence. She earned her J.D. from University of Notre Dame College of Law in 1991.
