Rich Wallace joined Aronberg Goldgehn as an Associate in April 2013. He works in the business organizations and transactions group and also focuses on corporate finance, commercial real estate and intellectual property.
Rich specializes in counseling and advising individual entrepreneurs and companies on legal matters, including formation of business enterprises, acquisitions and divestitures, and commercial contracts. He has experience drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, real estate leases, industrial construction agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and licensing agreements. Rich treats his clients’ problems as if they were his own, and handles them how he would want his own legal matters handled; efficiently and effectively.
Rich attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was on the Law review and graduated magna cum laude. Rich enjoys volunteering at the JUF Uptown Kitchen, traveling, trying new restaurants, reading non-fiction books and being with his family in his spare time.
