Richard Wallace represents clients in business and transactional matters as well as in corporate finance, commercial real estate and intellectual property matters.

Rich specializes in counseling and advising individual entrepreneurs and companies on the formation of business enterprises, acquisitions and divestitures, and commercial contracts. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, real estate leases, industrial construction agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and licensing agreements.

Rich treats his clients’ problems as if they were his own, and handles them how he would want his own legal matters handled; efficiently and effectively.

Rich joined Aronberg Goldgehn as an Associate in April 2013. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Business/Corporate Law by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine, a designation awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of Illinois attorneys 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Outside of the office, Rich enjoys volunteering at the JUF Uptown Kitchen, traveling, trying new restaurants, reading non-fiction books and spending time with his family.
